You get your own login. Inventory, orders, forecasting, profit and loss and FBA replenishment are all yours to look at whenever you want — from your phone or your desk. Your account manager works in the same platform, so you both see the same numbers.
Yes — FBA prep is one of our core services. Labeling, poly-bagging, bundling and carton preparation are done to Amazon's specification, and shipment plans are created, costed and tracked directly from the platform.
Returns follow a four-step flow: we receive and process the return, inspect and recondition the product where possible, reintegrate sellable units into your inventory, and verify the refund. You see each step in the platform.
